No Refund & Service Activation Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict No Refund Policy under all circumstances for our digital services. In the rare event of a payment gateway failure where the amount is successfully deducted from your bank account but the automated service activation fails, we will NOT issue a monetary refund. Instead, upon verification of the payment receipt, our team will manually activate the equivalent Paid Plan directly in your DearBloggers account for the exact deducted amount.

Payment Method

Payment mode for any kind of services taken or provided should be the defined one. The payment should be made or received through the govt. authorized medium only. We are currently accepting Stripe, PayPal, and UPI/Indian Cards (via secure payment gateways). Any illegal or indirect payment method will not be entertained.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

Changes Related to Website Rights
